Nightmare Haunt Park and associated attractions reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. YOU WILL experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, moving floors, special effects, sudden action, and an overall physically demanding environment. You should NOT ENTER a haunted house if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, are prone to seizures, have neck or back problems or other physical ailments, have respiratory or any type of medical problem, or are pregnant, or suffer any form of mental disease inducing claustrophobia.

 

DO NOT ENTER the attraction if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast or medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitations. Do not enter the attraction if you are taking medication or using drugs of any type. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are to be noticed by our staff.

 

DO NOT smoke, run, eat or drink inside the haunted houses. Additionally, there is no touching of the actors, customers, or props inside the haunted house. No video or flash photography may be taken inside the haunted house, and all flashlights and illuminated devices are to remain off or be left outside the venue. We ask that you remove or do not wear loose jewelry prior to entering the park for your own safety and comfort. Shoes must be worn and open-toed shoes are not recommended and may not be allowed entry. You will not be admitted, or will be asked to leave the property if any of the rules are not followed and no refund will be given.

 

Attendance at the park location constitutes a binding agreement to the terms on this page.

Your ticket/entry is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused. Holder of the ticket or attendee at the event understands that there is an inherent risk involved with attending Nightmare Haunt Park and associated attractions. Holder/attendee voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in Nightmare Haunt Park and attractions. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into Nightmare Haunt Park and attractions, holder/attendee agrees to release the operator, its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors and employees, and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending Nightmare Haunt Park and associated attractions.

 


Nightmare Haunt Park records throughout the venue. By your attendance at this event you grant permission for your image to be used in promotional materials for Nightmare Haunt Park.

 

No refunds will be given due to rain and the event will commence with all or key park attractions open.

All rules and agreements listed above include any event utilizing props, costumes, or involvement with Nightmare Haunt Park and Infinity Event Studio.

COVID-19 and CDC Recommended Regulations

​

At all NHP events, our team will adhere to and enforce current recommended CDC guidelines for public interaction. This may include usage of masks, physical distancing, etc.

​

We recommend all vendors and clients we interact with or are hired by follow the same up-to-date protocols, and we choose to operate with guest and staff's safety as our number one priority. We ask that you remain respectful of all guests and staff in attendance, and as stated in our main rules and policy, we reserve the right to revoke access to the event without refund at NHP's discretion.
