BACKGROUND: The Grotto stands above a highly infested portion of The Locker. It is teeming with rocks, high winds, bursts of rain, and other forces that draw ships in only to tear them to shreds and sink them below the sea's surface. Green glowing light can often be seen around the Grotto as residents of the Locker beckon those closer to their watery graves.
